What is swERPSTrapState?

Turns SNMP trap generation for ERPS events on or off for the switch: enabled(1) or disabled(2). Disabling this stops the switch from sending swERPSSFDetectedTrap, swERPSSFClearedTrap, and swERPSRPLOwnerConflictTrap notifications even if the underlying events still occur.
