Description: The initial amount of bandwidth allocated to this virtual interface (in cells per second).
What is eqAcacViStartingBw?
This read-only INTEGER (1..2147483647) reports the initial amount of bandwidth, in cells per second, allocated to this virtual interface for Connection Admission Control purposes. An admin compares it against eqAcacViConsumedBw to see how much of the interface's original CAC budget has been used up by active circuits. A virtual interface provisioned with eqAcacViStartingBw of 353207 cells/sec (roughly OC-3 line rate) sets the ceiling against which admission decisions are made.
