Type: Gauge32
Access: read-only
Description: The number of circuits that CAC has reserved resources, but is waiting for a commit.
What is eqAcacViOutReservedCcts?
This read-only Gauge32 reports the number of outbound circuits for which CAC has reserved resources but that are still waiting for a commit to become active, mirroring eqAcacViInReservedCcts for the outbound direction. An admin uses it to spot outbound circuits stuck between reservation and activation. A persistently nonzero eqAcacViOutReservedCcts alongside stalled eqAcacViOutActiveCcts growth would suggest an outbound signaling issue.
