Module: EMPIRE-SVCRSP
OID (symbolic): EMPIRE-SVCRSP::svcRspUnusedIndex
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.546.16.6.11
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-only
Description: An SNMP Get of this MIB object returns an un-used svcrsp Table index number. It can be used for svcrsp table row creation optimization.
What is svcRspUnusedIndex?
This read-only INTEGER (1 to 2147483647) returns an as-yet-unused index number in the svcrsp table, intended per the DESCRIPTION to optimize creating new test rows. An admin (or a management application) reads this before creating a new test entry, to avoid picking an index that collides with an existing row. Reading svcRspUnusedIndex as 7 tells the admin they can safely create a new row at svcRspTableEntry index 7.
