What is svcRspTableTranVariance?
This read-only INTEGER reports the variance of transaction time samples over the statistics window, calculated in seconds. An admin uses this to judge how consistent application-layer response time is for this test. A high svcRspTableTranVariance would tell an admin the application's transaction handling is erratic rather than steady.
