This read-only Counter reports the total number of errors of all types this test has encountered over its lifetime. An admin uses this as a long-running error tally to judge overall test reliability, separate from the windowed availability figure. A svcRspTableTotalErrors that keeps climbing steadily, even while svcRspTableTotalAvailability looks fine for the current window, would tell an admin the test has a history of intermittent failures worth investigating.
