What is svcRspTableNameMin?
This read-only INTEGER reports the minimum DNS name-lookup time sample, in milliseconds, over the statistics window for this test. An admin uses this alongside svcRspTableNameMax to see the range of DNS resolution latency observed. A consistently low svcRspTableNameMin would tell an admin DNS resolution is fast when it isn't experiencing intermittent slowdowns.
