What is svcRspTableDescr?
This read-write DisplayString (up to 256 characters) holds a free-text description of a service-response-time test entry. An admin sets this to a human-readable label so the test's purpose is clear when browsing the table, since svcRspMatchDescr can also look entries up by this text. Setting svcRspTableDescr to "Prod HTTP check - login page" makes that test's purpose obvious at a glance.
