What is svcRspPID?

This read-only INTEGER reports the operating-system process ID of the running svcrsp sub-program. An admin uses this to correlate the SNMP-visible module with its OS-level process, for example to check CPU/memory usage or kill and restart it at the OS level if it hangs. Reading svcRspPID as 4821 tells the admin which PID to target with ps or kill on the host.
