What is eltQosPolicyStatsPkts?

Counts the number of packets treated as conforming by the policy's policing feature. Admins use it alongside eltQosPolicyStatsBytes to see both the packet and byte-level view of traffic passing within the policy's allowed rate. A high conforming packet count relative to eltQosPolicyStatsDrops would indicate the policy's configured rate is comfortably accommodating current traffic.
