What is eltIpArpInspectPortClearCountersAction?
This OID takes a PortList and, when set, clears (zeroes) the ARP Inspection forwarded/dropped/mismatched counters for every port in that set. Admins use this to reset ARP Inspection statistics on a batch of ports at once after resolving a spoofing incident, rather than clearing them one by one.
