This read-write boolean enables or disables the efmCuPmeSnrMgnCrossing trap for this PME. Set it true to be notified whenever the SNR margin crosses the alarm threshold configured in efmCuPmeThreshSnrMgn, flagging a line whose noise margin is shrinking or recovering.
