Description: This object controls the creation, modification, or deletion of the associated entry in the efmCuPme2BReachRateTable per the semantics of RowStatus.
If an 'active' entry is referenced via efmCuPme2BsMode instance(s), the entry MUST remain 'active'.
An 'active' entry SHALL NOT be modified. In order to modify an existing entry, it MUST be taken out of service (by setting this object to 'notInService'), modified, and set 'active' again.
What is efmCuPme2BReachRateRowStatus?
This read-create RowStatus column controls creation, modification, and deletion of rows in the 2BASE-TL reach-rate table. As with the other RowStatus objects in this MIB, an active row referenced by an efmCuPme2BsMode instance must be set notInService before editing and reactivated afterward.
