Each value represents a target for the PME's Upstream Payload Bitrate as seen at the MII. If the payload rate of the selected profile cannot be achieved based on the loop environment, bandplan, and PSD mask, the PME initialization SHALL fail.
What is efmCuPme10PPayloadURateProfile?
This read-create setting picks a target upstream payload bitrate for a 10PASS-TS profile, from profile5 (2.5 Mbps) up to profile100 (50 Mbps) as measured at the MII. As with the downstream counterpart, PME initialization fails if the loop conditions can't support the selected rate.
