Each value represents a target for the PME's Downstream Payload Bitrate as seen at the MII. If the payload rate of the selected profile cannot be achieved based on the loop environment, bandplan, and PSD mask, the PME initialization SHALL fail.
What is efmCuPme10PPayloadDRateProfile?
This read-create setting picks a target downstream payload bitrate for a 10PASS-TS profile, from profile5 (2.5 Mbps) up to profile200 (100 Mbps) as measured at the MII. If the chosen rate can't actually be achieved given the loop, bandplan, and PSD mask, PME initialization fails outright rather than falling back to a lower rate.
