individual profiles, for example, a value of 0x2230 selects
profiles 2, 6, 10, and 11.

What is efmCuPme10PBandNotchProfiles?

This read-create bitmap selects which egress-control band notches (frequency ranges to suppress, e.g. profile1 notches 1.810-1.825 MHz) are applied to a 10PASS-TS profile; multiple notches can be OR'd together, e.g. 0x2230 selects profiles 2, 6, 10, and 11. Admins use this to avoid interfering with specific radio services (like amateur bands) that share spectrum with the copper line.
