The Service type address can be configured to be 0, which means any of the supported protocols or service such as Telnet, SNMP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSH are applicable.

What is dellLanMngInfListService?

Limits a management-ACL rule to one management protocol - Telnet, SNMP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSH, or SNTP - or to all of them when set to allType, so the rule only fires for requests using that specific service.
