OID (symbolic): DPNSS-MIB::dpnssSigEndPtType

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.2.1.10.999.1.1.5

Description: This object shall be used such that the two PBXs at each end of the transmission link shall be designated A & B by arrangement at configuration as specified in BTNR 188.

What is dpnssSigEndPtType?

Designates this end of the DPNSS link as PBX 'A' or 'B' per BTNR 188, a designation the two PBXs must agree on at configuration time. An admin sets this consistently with the far-end PBX's configuration so the link's endpoint roles don't conflict.
