What is dot3OamPeerMacAddress?

This read-only value holds the MAC address of the remote OAM peer, learned from the most recently received OAMPDU. An admin uses it to identify which specific device is at the other end of an Ethernet OAM session, e.g. matching it against the peer's known interface MAC during a link audit.
