Description: This object is a 16 bit field. For local ports, this object contains the requested configuration field from the most recent error-free training request frame sent by the device connected to the port. For cascade ports, this object contains the responder's allowed configuration field from the most recent error-free training response frame received in response to training initiated by this repeater. The format of the current version of this field is described in section 3.2. Please refer to the most recent version of the IEEE 802.12 standard for the most up-to-date definition of the format of this object.

What is vgRptrPortLastTrainConfig?

Holds the 16-bit requested (local port) or allowed (cascade port) configuration field from the most recent error-free 802.12 training frame exchanged on this port. An admin or diagnostic tool inspects this raw field when troubleshooting why a device failed to train correctly on a port.
