What is docsBpi2Ext31CodeMfgCodeAccessStart?
This read-only DateAndTime value reports the manufacturer's current codeAccessStart time, always expressed in Greenwich Mean Time with timezone fields included, used to gate when a manufacturer-signed firmware image becomes valid under the DOCSIS 3.1 PKI. An operator can read it to determine when the manufacturer's code-signing window began. For example, it might report a value corresponding to 2024-03-01T00:00:00 GMT as the start of the manufacturer's current access period.
