Shows whether Baseline Privacy Interface (BPI) encryption is provisioned on this cable modem's MAC interface, mirroring the presence of the Baseline Privacy Configuration Setting in the CM's config file. A technician reads this to confirm BPI is turned on before troubleshooting encrypted service; the per-SID status is tracked separately in docsBpiCmTEKPrivacyEnable.
