Description: Maximum Time-To-Live for cached authoritative errors. If the resolver does not implement a TTL ceiling, the value of this field should be zero.
What is dnsResNCacheMaxTTL?
A ceiling on how long, in seconds, the resolver will cache a negative (authoritative error) response; 0 means no ceiling is enforced.
