Description: Maximum Time-To-Live for RRs in this cache. If the resolver does not implement a TTL ceiling, the value of this field should be zero.

What is dnsResCacheMaxTTL?

A ceiling on how long, in seconds, the resolver will cache any resource record regardless of the TTL it was received with; 0 means no ceiling is enforced.
