What is agentOspfStubRouterReason?
When the router is in OSPF stub-router mode, reports why: configured(0) means an admin explicitly set it that way, startup(1) means it's a temporary state right after boot while routes repopulate, and resource-limitation(2) means the router entered stub mode because of an internal resource shortage.
