This value is an opaque ID or handle passed by the managing node to the DMI Service Provider, used as a correlator in every indication sent back to that managing node. Admins don't interpret its contents directly, but a management application relies on it to match incoming indications to the right internal subscription context. A management station registering two separate subscriptions would use two different subscriberID values so it can tell which subscription an incoming indication belongs to.
