This value is the row status of an entry in the indication subscription table, controlling whether a given managing node's subscription to event indications is active, not in service, or being created or destroyed, following the standard conceptual row-status model. Admins or management applications set it to createAndGo(4) to establish a new subscription or destroy(6) to tear one down. Setting this object to active(1) puts a pending subscription entry into service so the subscribing managing node starts receiving indications.
