This value is the row status of an entry in the event filter table, controlling whether a given event filter for a managing node is active, not in service, or being created or destroyed, following the standard conceptual row-status model. Admins or management applications use it to add or remove filters that limit which component/class/severity combinations of events get sent to a subscriber. Setting this object to destroy(6) removes a filter entry, so the associated managing node stops filtering events on that ComponentID/Class/severity combination.
