What is ref2?
This is the second of two reference columns (alongside ref1) in a Power Management Binary Association table row, together identifying the two components linked by that association's type. Like ref1, its own DESCRIPTION clause is empty; the pairing's meaning comes from the enclosing Binary Association table structure.
