What is dmtfDeviceBayState?
This is the row-control column for an entry in the device bay table, using the DMI-to-SNMP RowStatus-style values active, notInService, notReady, createAndGo, createAndWait, and destroy. An admin (or the DMI mapping agent) writes createAndGo to add a new device-bay row or destroy to remove one, rather than reading vendor data through it.
