Description: Defines an index for the device bays in the system
What is deviceBayIndex?
This is the index number identifying one particular device bay (a swappable/media bay slot) in the system's device bay table, used together with the DMI component and group IDs to key each row. An admin uses it purely to distinguish multiple bays when reading the table, e.g. bay 1 vs bay 2 on a notebook with two swappable bays.
