Description: The time-out value in milliseconds to go from the next higher supported state (either D0 or D1) to the D2 state. If D2 state is not supporte the value is -1. If the transition is not controlled by a timer then the value is 0.
What is d2TimerValue?
This reports the timeout in milliseconds before the device transitions from D0 or D1 into the D2 power state; -1 means D2 isn't supported, 0 means the transition isn't timer-driven. An admin uses this the same way as d1TimerValue, but for the deeper D2 sleep tier.
