Description: Enables system to resume operation from suspend/standby mode at a time determined by an application program.

What is alarmResume?

This reports whether the system is configured to resume from suspend/standby at a time set by an application program (an alarm-based wake). An admin checks this to confirm scheduled wake-ups, such as for overnight backup jobs, are enabled on the device.
