This RowStatus object associates or removes an access control list from a packet-monitoring session by creating or deleting the corresponding row in the dPktMonSessionSrcAclTable. An admin uses this to enable flow-based monitoring, so that instead of mirroring all traffic on a port, the session only captures packets matching a specific named ACL, useful for narrowing captures to a suspicious traffic pattern. To monitor only traffic matching an ACL named 'suspicious-flow' on session 5, an admin would create the row indexed by session 5 and that ACL name, and set dPktMonSessionSrcAclRowStatus to active(1).
