This RowStatus object creates, activates, or destroys a row in the command-accounting method list table; once a row is set to active, its other writable columns can no longer be modified except by destroying the row. An admin must also create command-accounting entries in priority order, since a method with a lower (higher-precedence) priority value must exist before one with a higher priority value. For example, to build a priority-0-then-priority-1 fallback chain, the admin activates the priority-0 entry first, then adds the priority-1 entry.
