What is dAaaAcctCommandsAcctApplyRowStatus?
This RowStatus object creates, activates, or destroys a row in the dAaaAcctCommandsAcctApplyTable, controlling whether a given session/privilege-level command-accounting application is in effect. An admin sets it to createAndGo when applying a new method list to a session and privilege level, or to destroy to remove that application. For example, removing command accounting for 'console' sessions at privilege 15 means destroying that row's status.
