What is swSNTPState?

This field enables or disables the SNTP time-synchronization function on the device. Admins enable SNTP to keep the device's clock automatically synchronized with a trusted external time source rather than relying on manual settings. For example, setting swSNTPState to enabled(3) has the switch begin querying the configured SNTP servers to keep its clock accurate.

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> DLINK-TIME-MIB::swSNTPState

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.171.12.10.11.1.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> DLINK-TIME-MIB::swSNTPState.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.171.12.10.11.1.1 i <value>
