What is swRepeatSummerTimeStart?
This field encodes a recurring rule of week, day-of-week, month, hour, and minute defining when summertime begins each year, and is only active when swSummerTimeStatus is set to repeating. Admins configure this using the region's actual daylight-saving start rule so the device automatically adjusts its clock at the right recurring moment every year without manual updates. For example, a value of 01 00 02 02 0e 1e encodes the first Monday in February at 13:30, per the object's own documented example.
