What is swRepeatSummerTimeEnd?

This field encodes a recurring rule of week, day-of-week, month, hour, and minute defining when summertime ends each year, and is only active when swSummerTimeStatus is set to repeating. Admins configure this to match the region's actual daylight-saving end rule so the device automatically reverts its clock at the right recurring moment every year. For example, a value of 03 00 06 02 03 1e encodes the third Friday in February at 3:30 AM, per the object's own documented example.
