What is rlRip2AutoInterfaceCreation?

This read-only INTEGER enumeration (enable(1) or disable(2)) indicates whether the device automatically creates and activates a RIP interface whenever a new IP interface is created. Per the source, when set to enable, creating an IP interface automatically results in a corresponding RIP interface being created and made active, whereas when disable, the RIP interface is created but left inactive until manually turned on. For example, an administrator reading a value of disable(2) on this object would know that newly created IP interfaces will need their RIP participation manually enabled rather than starting to route RIP traffic automatically.
