dlbAthRssiOfLastRcv is a read-only Gauge32 reporting the RSSI of last reception for this Atheros wireless interface (row keyed by ifIndex), a received-signal-strength snapshot tied to the most recently received frame on this interface that can move up or down between SNMP polls rather than only accumulate like a counter. A sysadmin uses it as a rough link-quality indicator: a value that trends steadily lower over successive polls on an otherwise-idle radio usually means the client is moving away or picking up more RF interference, which is worth correlating with rising retry/failure counters on the same interface.
