What is feLAN4PortVIDNRLEnable?
Enables (1) or disables (0) the Non-Rate-Limit (NRL) exemption on the LAN4 port for VLANs that have their NRL bit set, letting an admin exempt specific VLAN traffic on that port from ingress rate limiting.
