What is npThermoValuePrecise?

Reports the same temperature as npThermoValue but with 3 decimal places of precision, encoded as an integer scaled by 1000 per the FixedPoint1000 convention -- for example a raw value of 22345 represents 22.345 degrees C. Use this when finer-grained readings than the whole-degree npThermoValue are needed.
