Description: A control to allow a trigger to be configured but not used. When the value is 'false' the trigger is not sampled.
What is mteTriggerEnabled?
Setting this to true activates sampling for the trigger; false (the default) leaves the trigger configured but inactive, so it won't be sampled at all. Use this to stage a trigger's configuration and enable it only once everything else in the row is set correctly.
