What is mteTriggerDeltaDiscontinuityIDWildcard?
This flag controls whether mteTriggerDeltaDiscontinuityID is fully-specified (false, the default) or wildcarded (true); its value tracks the corresponding mteTriggerValueIDWildcard setting when mteTriggerSampleType is deltaValue. Set it consistently with the trigger's own wildcard setting so discontinuity checking lines up per-instance.
