Module: DIAL-CONTROL-MIB

OID (symbolic): DIAL-CONTROL-MIB::dialCtlPeerStatsConnectTime

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.2.1.10.21.1.2.2.1.1

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: AbsoluteCounter32

Access: read-only

Description:

Accumulated connect time to the peer since system startup. This is the total connect time, i.e. the connect time for outgoing calls plus the time for incoming calls.

What is dialCtlPeerStatsConnectTime?

This holds a running total count of seconds the device has spent connected to this remote peer since the last reboot. A network engineer uses this to identify which remote sites consume the most dial-up bandwidth or confirm connection reliability over time. For example, a peer might show 18,000 seconds of accumulated connect time this month, indicating steady usage.
