Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER

What is callHistoryRetainTimer?
This number specifies how many seconds to keep each call record before deleting it; operators can adjust it. Engineers use this to enforce retention policies for billing audits and compliance. Setting it to 86400 retains records for 24 hours.
