Description: The Transit Area that the Virtual Link traverses. By definition, this is not 0.0.0.0
What is swL3ospfVirtIfAreaId?
The transit area a configured OSPF virtual link passes through to reach an otherwise-disconnected area; by definition never 0.0.0.0 since the backbone itself doesn't need a virtual link. Admins set this when stitching together an area that isn't directly attached to the backbone, defining the transit area the virtual link tunnels through.
