What is swL3OspfExternalLsdbForwardingAddress?
The forwarding address carried in this external LSA -- the address traffic to the external destination should actually be sent to, which may differ from the originating ASBR's own address. Admins check this when redistributed routes seem to take an unexpected next-hop, since a non-zero forwarding address overrides the ASBR as the effective next hop.
