What is swL3DevCtrlDHCPAutoConfigState?
Enables or disables the switch's DHCP auto-configuration feature, where the device requests an IP address (and can auto-load a config/image) from a DHCP server at boot. Admins enable it for zero-touch provisioning of new switches, or disable it once static addressing is configured to avoid unwanted reconfiguration on reboot.
